Where is spring.?:: Wedding Reception places::Wednesday hodgepodge

                                                                                                   

   

      Hello Everyone! :) Well happy first day of spring. It's cold 29 degrees here cold for the first day of spring here. I hope it gets warmer here soon. Next week is suppose to be about 50 degrees so i am crossing my fingers for that. :)

    So we went out yesterday to check out some Areas for a wedding reception. We went to 3 of them. One was called Deer Ridge Golf Course. It was very nice.

      Then we went to go visit the Buck's bar and grill. It was OK but a little to small for us. It looks big on the outside but it is small in the inside.

  Next we went to the Ontario Event Center. Now that was a really nice place. It is probably one of the three i am considering so far. It is sure pretty nice. 

   

                                                     

                                                       

  So those were the ones we got to yesterday. We got more to go to yet. But so far so good. :) Were going to go look at the some more tomorrow. So that will be good. :)

 1. March 20th is the first day of spring...is she a lion or a lamb in your part of the world?

       As of right now she is a lion. I am looking for some good weather here soon.Hoping Easter is good.Were having an Easter egg hunt next Saturday for the kids on his side so it's going to be fun. there making all of do the Easter Egg hunt too. lol. Even his grandma. We shall see how it goes. lol. So i don't hope it last to long. 

2. What's the most dreaded task on your spring clean to-do list.  Do you have a 'plan of attack'?

      Yes i do. I have the one room at a time attack. Most dreaded task probably the bedroom closet. 

3. Peas...love 'em or hate 'em?  What's a favorite dish you make using peas?

     Blah.... I hate peas. Always have and always will. 

4. Do you feel under appreciated?

     At times yes i do.But most of the time i am pretty well appreciated. 

5. Have you been using Google Reader? If so, what are you switching to now that GR has announced retirement?  If not, how do you read your favorite blogs?

     No, I haven't been. I read my blogs from blogger.com or where i have saved them. And they are saved in my email. 

6. Anne Bradstreet is credited with the following quote-

"If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant;  if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome."

Agree or disagree?  Why? 

       I guess i Agree. Because If we have no winter the spring would be hot and dry and flowers and trees would might die. Then the summer would be more muggy. So we do need winter for the beauty of the whole change over to winter to spring. 

7.  When did you last 'spring' for something?  What was it?

       The last thing that i had sprung for was when they were having a sale on bath towels at Walmart for 1.98$. It was black Friday so we had to spring into the bin to get some towels. lol
